第一部分 考试说明
一、考试依据
2017年岳阳市初中毕业英语学业考试是义务教育阶段英语学科的终结性考试。其目的是全面、准确地考查我市初中毕业生在英语学习方面达到《全日制义务教育英语课程标准（2011年版）》所规定的英语毕业水平的程度。
英语学科的学业考试命题主要依据国家教育部颁发的《全日制义务教育英语课程标准（2011年版）》、岳阳市教育局文件《岳阳市初中毕业学业考试改革实施方案》。考察内容将根据人民教育出版社《新目标go for it》教材所学内容，参照《英语课程标准》五级目标所规定的内容、要求及相关的附录。结合我市初中英语教学实际，力求反映考生的真实学业水平，发挥评价对初中教学的正确导向作用，使其有利于推进基础教育课程改革，有利于全面实施素质教育，促进全市初中英语教学质量的全面提高。
二、考试内容
(一)基础知识
1、词汇
学会使用1600个左右的常用单词和300个习惯用语或固定搭配。
(1)名词：可数名词及其单复数形式、不可数名词、专有名词、名词所有格等。
(2)代词：人称代词、物主代词、反身代词、指示代词、疑问代词、不定代词。
(3)形容词：形容词作定语、表语、宾语补足语的基本用法及形容词原级、比较级和最高级的基本用法。
(4)副词：表示时间、地点、方式、程度等的基本方法，疑问副词、副词的原级、比较级和最高级的基本用法。
(5)数词：基数词、序数词的基本用法。
(6)介词：常用介词和介词短语的用法。
(7)连词：常用并列连词、从属连词的用法。
(8)冠词：定冠词、不定冠词的一般用法和习惯不用冠词的一般情况。
(9)动词：常见动词（及物动词和不及物动词）、连系动词、助动词、情态动词、非谓语动词（动词不定式做宾语、宾语补足语、目的状语）和被动语态（一般现在时，一般过去时，一般将来时，现在完成时）的一般用法。
2．语法及句子结构
(1)五种常见简单句句型：
① 主语+系动词+表语；② 主语+不及物动词；③ 主语+及物动词+宾语；④ 主语+及物动词+间接宾语+直接宾语；⑤ 主语+及物动词+宾语+宾语补足语；⑥ there be句型
(2)句子的四种类型：陈述句（肯定句、否定句）、疑问句（一般疑问句、特殊疑问句、选择疑问句）、祈使句、感叹句。
(3) 并列复合句（and, or）与主从复合句(状语从句、宾语从句、定语从句 （能辨认出带有由that, which, who引导的限定性定语从句，并能理解句子意思。））。
(4) 常见时态（一般现在时、一般过去时、一般将来时、现在进行时、过去进行时、现在完成时）的一般用法。
(5)理解、分辨被动语态的表达形式，掌握被动语态一般时态的用法。
(二)基本技能
1、听力
考查对口头语言材料的理解能力以及从口头材料中获取信息的能力，以及对信息进行判断、归纳、综合的能力。
（1）能根据语调和重音理解说话者的意图；
（2）能针对所听对话内容，获取所需信息；
（3）能在听熟悉话题的语言材料时，迅速做出理解、判断反应；
（4）能听懂以中速朗读，与日常生活贴近的语言材料，记录简单信息。
2、口语
考查在较为真实的语境中，沟通交流，描述事物，表达情感，发表观点和意见的能力。主要考查口头表达的实际效果，兼顾流利性和准确性。
（1）语音准确，语调自然，语气恰当，语言流畅；
（2）能就课文内容进行问答，并能复述课文大意；
（3）能就简单的话题提供信息，表达简单的观点和意见，参与讨论；
（4）能与他人沟通信息，合作完成任务；
（5）能有效地询问信息，请求帮助；
（6）能根据话题进行情景对话。
（注：根据岳阳市教育局文件精神，英语口语将作为考查项目之一，由学校组织统一选择检测。
3、阅读
要求考生能读懂初中生所熟悉的一般性话题的简短语段（生词率不超过3%），以本丛书后面所列“词汇表”中的词汇为依据。考生应能：
（1）理解主旨要义。
（2）获取文中具体信息，理解具体情节。
（3）能根据上下文和构词法推断理解生词的含义；
（4）能理解段落中各句子之间的逻辑关系；
（5）能做出简单的判断和基本的推理。
（6）能理解作者的基本意图和态度。
4．写作
能按要求就所熟悉的话题用英语发表自己的意见、观点，表达个人情感与思想。所写内容要语意连贯，语言通顺，符合逻辑。考生应能：
（1）运用所学词汇和句型进行完成语篇的翻译；
（2）能根据对话所提供的信息，补全对话内容；
(3) 能根据图示、表格、对话以及文字等信息提示，写出简单的段落或说明。
三、考试形式与试卷结构
英语学业考试包括听力测试和笔头测试。口语测试由学校组织考查。
听力测试和笔试同卷进行，采用书面作答，闭卷进行。
1. 考试时间：90分钟。 2. 试卷满分：120分。
3. 考试题型：
（1）客观性题型： 选择题、正误判断题等答案具有唯一性的题型。其整卷权重0.55。
（2）主观性题型：听力笔录要点、阅读填空、回答问题、翻译语篇、情景作文等答案不唯一的题型，其整卷权重值0.45。
4. 考查覆盖面：力争达到90%以上。
5. 整卷难度不低于0.75 。其中容易题、中难题、较难题的比例分别为：70%，15%、15%。
